Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy

Effective date: May 28, 2026

Terms of Service

1. General

1.1 In these Terms of Service, "Seller" means Osnova, acting on behalf of Courage11 for online digital Team Player Profile products. "Customer" or "Buyer" means the person who purchases or uses the product. "Product" means the digital Team Player Profile assessment, report, background material, book bundle, or related online product offered through this website.

1.2 Courage11 is the brand name of an independent network of professionals dedicated to transformational leadership. The Team Player Profile is offered under Courage11 branding.

1.3 Online payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, tax remittance, customer order confirmation, and customer invoices.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms apply to all online purchases and use of digital Team Player Profile products sold by Osnova on behalf of Courage11.

2.2 If specific written arrangements have been agreed with a coaching client, those arrangements apply in addition to these terms. In case of conflict, the written arrangement prevails for that client.

3. Digital Products And Access

3.1 After the payment provider confirms payment, the buyer receives an email invitation with a personal access link to the Team Player Profile assessment.

3.2 The assessment is intended for personal reflection, leadership development, coaching, and team dialogue. It is not a medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, employment screening tool, or guarantee of a specific outcome.

3.3 Access links are personal and should not be shared unless Osnova or Courage11 explicitly permits this in writing.

3.4 The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information and for completing the assessment honestly and carefully.

4. Execution Of The Service

4.1 The service is provided to the best of our abilities and as diligently operating professionals. We cannot guarantee any predetermined personal, coaching, leadership, or team outcome.

4.2 Digital services may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, provider outages, email delivery issues, security reasons, or technical incidents. If a confirmed purchase does not result in access, contact us so we can restore access or provide a reasonable solution.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All rights pertaining to the Team Player Profile, assessment questions, scoring model, reports, background materials, methods, text, designs, software, and brand assets remain with Courage11, Osnova, or their licensors.

5.2 The buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital product for personal reflection and development.

5.3 The product, reports, assessment content, and materials may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, published, made public, or used to create competing products without prior written permission.

6. Payment And Invoices

6.1 Prices are shown on the website or in the checkout. The Merchant of Record controls the final amount charged, including applicable taxes.

6.2 The payment provider acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for customer invoices, tax/VAT/GST/sales-tax calculation, tax remittance, and payment confirmation. The payment provider may appear on bank, card, invoice, or email communications.

6.3 Osnova and Courage11 do not issue separate sales invoices for these online digital purchases. The official invoice is issued by the Merchant of Record.

7. Liability

7.1 The product is offered as a development and reflection tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of business, loss of data, or decisions made on the basis of the assessment is excluded.

7.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

8. Law And Platform

8.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and to the online purchase and use of the digital products, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8.2 Disputes will preferably first be discussed in good faith. If no solution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy supplements the Courage11 privacy policy for online Team Player Profile purchases and assessment access.

1. Information Collection And Use

We collect and use personal data to provide and improve the service, create assessment access, deliver digital products, generate reports, provide support, and maintain auditability.

2. Types Of Data Collected

Personal data may include name, email address, language preference, assessment answers, generated assessment results, report delivery data, support messages, and order references received from the payment provider.

We may also process usage or diagnostic data such as access timestamps, browser information, IP address, pages visited, error logs, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Payment Data

A third-party payment provider handles checkout, payment details, invoices, tax calculation, and tax remittance as Merchant of Record. We do not store payment card details.

We store local fulfilment data and payment references needed to provide support and access, such as product purchased, local order status, transaction reference, invoice number, invoice link when available, and refund status.

4. Use Of Data

We use the collected data for these purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the assessment service.
  • To send assessment invitations, confirmations, and reports.
  • To provide customer care and support.
  • To process refunds and payment-related support requests.
  • To monitor usage and detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
  • To maintain audit logs and comply with legal obligations.

5. Transfer And Providers

Your information may be processed in the Netherlands and by trusted service providers that help us provide hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, and system monitoring. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

6. Security

The security of your data is important to us. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable means to protect personal data.

7. Retention

Assessment and order data is retained as needed for access delivery, report regeneration, auditability, support, legal obligations, and business records. Requests for deletion or restriction will be assessed in light of applicable law, contractual duties, tax/accounting obligations, and legitimate operational needs.

8. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

Refund Policy

Because the Team Player Profile is a digital product, assessment access and report generation can begin shortly after payment confirmation.

1. Before Assessment Use

If you purchased by mistake or cannot access the assessment, contact us as soon as possible. If the assessment has not been completed and no report has been generated, we may approve a full refund and withdraw assessment access.

2. After Assessment Use

Once the assessment has been completed or a report has been generated, refunds are generally not available because the digital service has already been delivered. We may still review exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases or confirmed technical failures.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, the payment method, and the buyer's bank or card issuer. The payment provider may send refund confirmation separately.

4. How To Request A Refund

Email info@andriy.nl with your name, email address, transaction reference, invoice number if available, and a short explanation of the request.
